Taiwan PCB
Privacy policy
Effective date: October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Taiwan PCB collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you visit taiwanpcb.com, create or use an account, sign in with Google, place an order, submit a service or purchasing request, or send us files. It also explains how to exercise your privacy choices and request deletion.
Information we collect
Account and Google sign-in information
When you create or use an account, we may process your name, email address, phone number, account identifiers, verification status, language preference, and sign-in and security events. You can sign in with Google or with another sign-in method offered on the site. The Google-specific information we receive and how we handle it are described below.
Orders and request information
To respond to you and fulfill orders or requests, we process the contact details and delivery or billing addresses you provide, products and quantities, order and payment records, messages, and files you submit, such as BOM spreadsheets, Gerber files, and related technical documents. Please do not include information in an uploaded file that is not needed for your request.
Technical and browser information
When you use the site, server and security logs may record technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, request time, session identifiers, and security events. Essential session and preference data may be stored in cookies or your browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your choices, and operate the cart and other site features. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
How we use and share information
We use personal information to operate and secure the website and accounts; authenticate users; answer questions; review files and purchasing requests; check catalog availability; process orders and payments selected by you; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising, targeted advertising, or unrelated purposes. We share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that host, secure, or operate the site and with the authentication or payment provider you choose to use. Those providers process information to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, the site, or legal rights. We do not currently connect optional advertising or analytics services to this site.
Google Sign-In data
What Google Sign-In data we access
If you choose Google Sign-In, Google asks you to authorize the OpenID Connect scopes openid, email, and profile. After successful authorization, we receive your Google account's stable subject identifier (sub), email address and its verified status, name, and profile-picture URL when available. We use the verified email to identify the account and the subject identifier to recognize the same Google account on later sign-ins. We do not request or receive your Google password, Gmail messages, contacts, Google Drive files, calendar, or other Google account data.
How we use Google Sign-In data
We use Google Sign-In data only to authenticate you, create a Taiwan PCB account or connect Google to an eligible existing account, prevent account confusion, and display your name and profile picture in account areas. The verified email is used as the account email when appropriate and to send account or service communications. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, sell data, build advertising profiles, or train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. We do not use it for a purpose unrelated to the user-facing features described here.
Where Google Sign-In data is stored
The account record stored in Taiwan PCB's website database may contain your Google subject identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile-picture URL, together with the account information needed to provide the service. The profile-picture image remains hosted by Google; Taiwan PCB stores the URL used to display it and does not copy the image file to its own storage. Sign-in session data is held in the website's session store. The short-lived authorization response is used to complete sign-in; we do not store Google access tokens or refresh tokens. Google OAuth client credentials are kept in the site's protected configuration and are not shown to customers.
How Google Sign-In data is shared
We do not sell Google user data or disclose it to third parties for advertising. The site's hosting and infrastructure providers may process data stored on their systems only as needed to host, secure, back up, and maintain the service. Authorized Taiwan PCB personnel may access account data when needed for support, security, or site operations. Google processes information when you use Google Sign-In under Google's own privacy terms. We may disclose data if required by law or when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal rights. We do not otherwise share Google user data with third parties.
How to request deletion of Google Sign-In data
To request deletion of your Google-linked account and associated Google Sign-In data, use the Contact page and identify the email address on your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before acting. After verification, we will delete or de-identify the Google account identifier, profile information, and account data from active systems as appropriate, and close the account if requested. We may retain order, payment, security, or other records for as long as required by law or a legitimate security or accounting need; we restrict such records to that purpose. Backup copies expire through the normal backup-retention cycle. You can also revoke Taiwan PCB's access from your Google Account's third-party connections/security settings; revocation does not itself delete information already held by Taiwan PCB, so contact us to request deletion.
Storage and retention
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, respond to requests, protect the site, and meet legal obligations. Order, payment, purchasing-request, and related file records may be retained for the period needed for fulfillment, customer support, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove details that identify you, unless a legal or security reason requires further retention. Backup copies are removed according to the normal backup cycle.
Cookie policyYour choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or object to or ask us to restrict certain processing. You may also disconnect Google from your Google Account settings and change cookie choices through Cookie settings. To make a privacy request, use our Contact page and include enough information for us to identify your account; we may verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS/TLS for data sent between your browser and the site, access controls for administrative systems, and protected handling of credentials. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Taiwan PCB and its infrastructure or service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, such processing is subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows when this version took effect. If a change materially affects how we handle personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Please review this page periodically.
